When I set a goal, I do everything in my power to achieve the desired outcome. I enjoy continuously developing my skills and abilities. Alongside my work and personal life, I have been pursuing a part-time Bachelor's degree in ICT. I am proud to share that I have recently completed my part-time Bachelor's degree in ICT. My professional journey includes valuable experiences at Hi-Systems, where I installed and maintained customer environments, developed integrations, and provided customer support. At Hornbach, I honed my customer service skills, and during my internship at PC Service Shop Annen, I gained hands-on experience in IT repairs and inventory management. I am committed to leveraging my knowledge and skills to provide excellent service and solutions in the ICT field. Currently, I am expanding my knowledge of C# to further enhance my technical expertise.
