About Marcel Braam

As a Continuous Improvement specialist, I focus on enhancing and optimizing processes within an organization to drive efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. This role is often associated with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and others. In this role it is important to start with in dept Process Analysis to identify and analyze existing processes within the organization. To use data and metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of processes. And to translate the outcomes into a practical approach for implementation. Problem-Solving is a second step in my approach. I love working on solving complex problems within processes and systems and working with and within cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement solutions. To implement successful, it is necessary to train and educate all the stakeholders in the process. Training employees on continuous improvement methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning, improvement within the organization and working on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is my second nature.
