Led the investigation which identified the real problem, thus vindicated PAC. Worked on data mining project to process large amounts of data generated by in-service IFE systems, and define KPIs to better identify the region’s worst performing software builds. Now part of the bi-weekly regional executive report, this unifies regional performance monitoring and significantly improved the department’s efficiency. ‘2011: Achieved 1st place out of 10 teams in the RobAFIS competition organized by the French System Engineering Association (AFIS). All teams had the same mission and tools to create the safest storage system in the fastest time. Project managed all software aspects.
