Currently part of Publicis Re:Sources, I focus on optimizing IT processes, managing server migrations, and ensuring seamless daily operations. My work combines hands-on technical skills — hardware, software, and Linux systems — with a process-driven approach that keeps teams productive and systems stable. I’m particularly experienced in: • Infrastructure support & monitoring (Windows / Linux) • User onboarding & hardware setup • Troubleshooting network and system issues • Coordinating system migrations and operational changes Previously, I also supported Google Cloud Platform environments while at Webhelp, gaining practical exposure to cloud infrastructure and enterprise troubleshooting. I’m now looking to grow further in system administration, infrastructure, or cloud operations roles — where reliability, structure, and collaboration matter more than coding.
