A business professional who is passionate about contributing to business improvement; in particular process optimisation analysis of problem areas and day-to-day tracking of business projects/activities. I place importance on the accuracy and quality of process documentation, possessing a strong attention to detail. Throughout the past 5 years, I have worked across multiple business functions at Westpac and have developed a thorough understanding of the internal operations of a large multinational business. During this time I have developed strong relationships with colleagues and bring a conscientious and positive approach to the workplace. Places high importance on the need to ensure stakeholders receive a smooth end to end process management, proactively managing potential issues and pitfalls as they may occur. Where issues occur prompt follow up regarding communication and solutioning is a priority, with a track record satisfied stakeholders. I place value on being empathetic towards colleagues and senior manager’s sudden and often last minute requests. On regular occasions stepping out of my standard role to ensure issues that I am able to offer assistance are resolved immediately, ensuring no delay to work. Seeing the value in having efficient processes with clear guidelines are in place. Resulting in time, money and reduced strain on both staff and managers who would not be able to carry out their job without. I am seeking my next corporate role in a business support capacity, preferably in a routine, structured environment and with supportive leadership which allows me to develop my skillset and expertise in within the fields of Procurement, Business analysis or Project Management. Giving me the opportunity to grown my personal values of honesty individuality and integrity and growing my professional skills along the way. Preferring to work in an environment that is efficient, structured and organised.
