Operations Service Capabilities" is the central team responsible for operational master data management. The team provides coordination and active support to stations and networks in all activities including integration. The team contributes to the design and drives the implementation of the future operations service capabilities platform to support our company's strategic goals. The OSC team acts as an essential and trusted business partner to the key stakeholders in P&E, Operations, Commercial and other functions. Objective: To ensure that changes to routing and service capabilities are reflected in relevant systems on time and in an accurate manner to support the successful implementation of business initiatives. Some of the responsibilities of the Operations Service Capabilities team are-Analytical support to various stakeholders or initiatives in understanding operations service capabilities -Location, service, and network routing updates (TNT) supporting both business as usual and integration across TNT and FedEx -Analyse the requirements and translate these into tangible operational master data changes -Guide and organise collaboration with local/regional OSC maintainers and field engineers -Ensure high quality of operations master data including location, service and routing (TNT)-Governance of changes to operations service capabilities -Create LSSI/OSC awareness for key stakeholders
