About Marcel Koning

As a functional projectconsultant I'm often appreciated for accuracy and aim for completeness. In the role of projectmanager I aim at monitoring the critical path in order to reach the overall projectgoal; both effectively as efficiently. Besides that, as a consultant I can back up the projectmanager in project start up, teamselection en projectmonitoring. I feel comfortable in both large, as in (super-)downsized projects. I am certified in projectmanagement (Prince2, IPMA) and in FICO areas, have my roots in Accountancy and Real Estate Management. In the area of Real Estate I have been involved in several major Real Estate implementations during the past 15 years, like Tata Steel, BPF Bouwinvest, Ymere and Sanctuary Housing (England). Besides my assignments in Real Estate I have participated in a variety of FICO related activities. My specific SAP expertise is in Real Estate, from SAP releases 3.1 up till now and it's Integration in (Simple) Finance. Since I begun as SAP FICO-consultant, my basis is in this area. I attained the SAP BW partner academy (BW 3.5), however I'm not currently active in that direction. Current intrest is in the A/4 Hana area meaning Simple Finance, S/4 Hana, Real Estate Cockpit, embedded BW and Hana Studio. Currently I am focused on (legal) trends in Housing Legislation and Real Estate, projects in the governmental area's (provinces), automotive, assist on activities in Retail and product development in Real Estate.
