I have a wide breadth of experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This has allowed me to lead diverse teams at companies like CoBank and Spectrum. I’ve guided them through challenges in software development, testing, architecture, and cloud management. I thrive on orchestrating strategic initiatives that not only streamline processes but also elevate customer experiences.In my current role as Director of DevOps at CoBank, I lead multi-disciplinary teams focused on building seamless developer solutions in the public cloud. A key part of my role has been defining and implementing the enterprise AI infrastructure strategy using AWS Bedrock, enabling teams to safely build, deploy, and scale generative AI use cases with strong security, governance, and cost controls. We integrated AI capabilities directly into developer workflows for code assistance, documentation discovery, and operational insights, significantly improving the developer experience. As a result, platform adoption increased rapidly and software delivery velocity improved by 30 percent within a few months. Seeing teams collaborate more effectively while using AI as a force multiplier has been one of the most rewarding aspects of this work.At Spectrum, I served as Senior Director of Engineering. I led a DevOps team that supported over developers. Our focus was enabling them to build and deliver customer-facing products. I formulated comprehensive technology roadmaps that not only set clear milestones but also identified potential risks early on. With our collective efforts we increased the adoption of the platform soared by approximately 100 developers per quarter. I led initiatives that transitioned our infrastructure towards a fully operational cloud-agnostic solution. This shift resulted in annual savings of over $2M, avoiding vendor lock-in while enhancing our flexibility and capabilities.Outside of work, I find joy in mentoring aspiring tech enthusiasts. Sharing insights from my journey while learning from their fresh perspectives keeps me grounded and inspired.
