About Marcel Leferink

I am a very honest, motivated and direct person who likes to help people with my knowledge and skills. My vision is that everyone should try to learn something new, or learn someone else something new every day. Most times I will try to find an answer for my question or questions I received from a colleague, but I'm also not afraid to ask for help from my colleagues. When I see a structured repetitive manual task, I use my strong analytical way of “Thinking-out-of-the-Box” to automate/script this to reduce and/or eliminate human intervention. While working in a team I like to create a pleasant environment and push myself and colleagues in my team and different departments to work together to achieve better results.
