With over 15 years of experience in Presales and Customer Solutions at SAP, I have a deep understanding of SAP Solutions, and how we can deliver the understanding of the value that SAP can bring to customers, specialising in AI and digital interactions to drive our business forward at scale via our internal engagement platform I specialize in digital content and smart delivery platforms enhanced with AI, guided by analytics to refine and constantly improve our customer interactions. I enjoy the creative work I do, turning ideas into results and sharing best practices with my colleagues. My mission is to champion a wide range of tools, content, enablement, and success stories that enhance the digital experience of our customers and prospects. Currently building out our ongoing Digital Customer Value Journey Journey embedding AI tools, Digital Content combined with use case examples and enablement and delivered to the field in easy to consume bite sized deal stage based steps.
