My name is Marcel, and I am responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our people operations, culture, and organizational effectiveness. I am a seasoned Head of People & Culture, Head of Learning and Development & Sales Capability Manager with over 14 years of diverse experience across Telecom, Fintech, B2B, B2C, e-commerce, Retail, and Marketing & Digital platforms. I hold a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a Master's degree in Human Resource & Personnel Management. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to the continuous improvement of organizational performance by developing and implementing training programs that drive tangible business results. I play a critical and strategic role as an HR advisor to senior leadership and management. I lead all People and Culture department functions, including Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Performance and Experience, Learning and Development, HRIS and Compliance. As a certified professional coach, I leverage on my skills to coach line managers towards improved leadership and succession planning. I am responsible for the HR Budget, revamping processes for efficiency, and managing labour and employee relations. I collaborated with the leadership team to align HR strategies with OmniRetail Tech Limited's mission, vision, and goals, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation
