I currently work as Finance Director at Delikomat, the leading provider of coffee and snack vending solutions in the Czech Republic. I’m responsible for finance, administration, IT, and projects. My focus is on improving financial performance, making processes more efficient, and supporting the company’s growth and modernization. I lead a diverse team and work closely with the management and owners to ensure stability, transparency, and sustainable growth. I value open communication, responsibility, and teamwork. Before this, I worked as an M&A Project Leader at Seyfor, where I managed acquisition projects from due diligence to integration and helped align new companies within the group. Earlier, as Director of Accounting at Continental Barum, I led a large finance team and made sure financial reporting was accurate, compliant, and continuously improving. I started my career in audit, including several years at KPMG Czech Republic, where I became an Audit Manager and gained experience with international clients and team leadership. I’m passionate about modern finance leadership — connecting data, technology, and people to create lasting value.
