I am an experienced technical professional, with strong communication skills. I have ten years of experience in organizing, leading and contributing to innovative technical projects within dynamic organizations. I am analytical, with a pragmatic way of working. In my past positions as Project (Team) Leader for TP Vision (the former TV business of Philips), Philips Consumer Lifestyle and Philips Research, I was responsible for organizing and leading innovative projects in the areas of picture quality and 3D. My work included formulating project plans, in agreement with both internal and external customers, and aligning these within the organization. Next, I managed the activities and work packages in the project, and communicated on progress and results to the various stakeholders like management, customers, and suppliers. During the past months, I have been working as a System Architect for Neways Technologies, in the development of electronic solutions. My main focus was on supporting customers in defining product and component requirements, proposing work packages for projects, and estimating resource requirements and risks. My ability to communicate about complex technical topics on both a high level and in detail, while keeping a good overview, allows me to build a connection between the experts in the project team and other stakeholders like customers and management. My strong technical background, creativity and broad interest help me to quickly understand new topics and actively contribute to the desired solution. I am experienced in leading project teams, and coaching and motivating project members.
