I am a Trilingual Payroll Analyst with experience in human resources management, currently working with Dollarcity, supporting the Canadian company Dollarama. In my role, I focus on documenting and resolving internal requests, validating new hires, processing timesheet corrections, and assisting with temporary and medical leaves.My career has been characterized by constant growth and a focus on developing both technical and human skills. Previously, I worked as an English Coach at English4CallCenters, where I prepared young people and adults to excel in call centers, ensuring they had the necessary skills to work in a fully English-speaking environment. Additionally, I served as a Trilingual Mobility Help Desk at Telus International, providing global technical support and ensuring high standards of customer service.I am about to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Education with a specialization in English from Universidad Católica de El Salvador and I am interested in furthering my education in human resources. As a polyglot, self-taught, and tech-savvy individual, I stand out for my adaptability, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.One of my most significant achievements was the "Call Center English Academy" project at English4CallCenters, which prepared numerous students to enter the call center job market, significantly improving their employment opportunities.What I enjoy most about my work is interacting with people.
