With experience in Workplace Strategy, Real Estate, and Change Management, I have successfully delivered large-scale projects – from strategic planning to implementation for several thousand employees. For me, workplaces should not only be efficient but also make identity and culture tangible. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging play a central role in my work: spaces and structures should always be designed to make people feel welcome and enable them to unlock their full potential. What excites me most is making change tangible together with teams and developing sustainable, future-oriented solutions.
