I am a passionate people manager and career coach. As people manager, I have an extensive experience in ICT and directing technical IT consultants (high vocational and academic intellectual level) in both a scheduled and a project environment. I motivate people by coaching them on their business behaviour, setting clear goals together and responding in a transparent way to manage them as one team. All within the context of the mission and business objectives of the organisation, along with translation into concrete customer demand of the client. I like to maintain a close and open relationship with the team, have a hands-on mentality and I am result-oriented. As career coach, I inspire and encourage my clients to think about their own future, vision and commitment in the labour market. I accompany them to achieve their goal for a good work environment. I work based on trust and make use of a specific and compact method for career development.
