With over 25 years of work experience in the retail software industry, I am a seasoned and passionate Head of Projects at GK - The Retail Innovators. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a strong background in new business development, account management, and international sales. My mission is to deliver superior service to our customers, foster innovation, ensure product quality, and contribute to improved retail practices around the globe. I value teamwork, diversity, and customer satisfaction, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. As the Head of Projects at GK, I oversee the implementation and management of our GK/Retail Business Suite, which is the leading store solution provider to Europe's largest retailers with stores around the globe. I work with a team of project managers, consultants, and developers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to our customers. I also partner with key stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to identify new opportunities, provide feedback, and support the growth of our business. Some of my achievements include securing a large contract with a major fashion retailer, launching a new product feature for inventory management, and leading a significant project for a global supermarket chain. I have also developed and maintained strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. I have demonstrated excellent skills in new business development, account management, project management, retail software, and international sales.
