About Marcel Sowada

As an experienced Project Process Engineer in IT project management, I bring extensive expertise in process optimization, project management, and business analysis. Currently, I design efficient project workflows, identify optimization potentials, support project management, and build robust controlling and risk management systems. Previously, I worked as a Service Process Manager, where I modeled processes, conducted workshops, and advised customer service management on the development of service processes. My responsibilities included defining, analyzing, and reporting process metrics. My academic background includes an MBA with a focus on project and process management from FH Burgenland. My thesis, graded 1.0, addressed measures to increase risk awareness among private investors in Germany regarding shadow banks. I am seeking new challenges in project management, business analysis, or financial analysis/controlling to further develop my skills and create sustainable value. My goal is to achieve improvements and successes and to establish myself as a project manager or business analyst.
