About Marcel Spreen

Within Shell I moved to several positions. I started as engineer within the Local Hardware Support team. After that I have started at User group Administration (creating users, software group) and moved on to EPE Request Owner. In this function I was responisble for End-2-End Service Levels for IT Requests for all IT Requests within Shell Europe, and ajusting Shell Procedures and progress instructions to be able to met Service Level Agreements. Also had regular meetings with IT Manager across Europe. After completion of offshoring request management I moved on to a new function within the Dedicated Support Team. In this team we were responsible for solving IT Related issues at Senior Management / Board of Directors. After two years I moved back to Request Management performing Local Procurement activities for Shell / NAM, which I did for another two years after returning to dedicated support. In January 2013 I started with a new adventure at Johnson Controls on the Shell account. In this function I am responsible for new A/V ( Audio/Visual) installations, New furniture requests (working closely with facility management and it), office moves and cable management and in the near future responsible for storage management.
