About Marcel Vaags

As an experienced project manager, working in complex circumstances, I have acquired a diverse knowledge in my field. This has given me the ability to adjust with ease to different work environments. I have technical knowledge of IT infrastructures in virtualization, LAN/WAN, storage and various other operating systems like Linux and Windows. This makes me not only a strong counterpart for management but also for the architects, engineers and suppliers within the project. I’ am a strong team motivator who is open to feedback, works accurately and always sticks to the agreements I have made. I’ am focuses on results, analytical and always takes the initiative to retain a positive and constructive working relationship with my customer. As well as being a strong team player, I’ am also work well independently. In general, I manage the overall aspects of a project but should a situation arise where a hands-on approach is required, I can easily switch between the strategic, tactical and operational levels. All the projects that I have managed to-date were based on AgilePM®, Prince2, Scrum, DevOps and ITIL.
