Background

About Marcel Vojta

I am a senior IT architect with over 20 years of experience across software development, cloud architecture, and end-to-end delivery in complex enterprise environments. Throughout my career, I have consistently operated at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and leadership — taking responsibility not only for designing solutions, but also for ensuring they are realistically delivered, operated, and financially sustainable. My core strength is an end-to-end perspective- application and infrastructure architecture - cloud and platform governance - SDLC, security, and auditability - operational and financial implications (FinOps)- coordination across teams, vendors, and stakeholders A strong part of my profile is automation, both from a design and delivery perspective. I design and drive automation across the delivery lifecycle — from Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines to GitOps-oriented operating models — with a clear focus on reliability, repeatability, and auditability. In recent years, my primary focus has been on AWS and Azure, cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes as an application and operational layer, and modernization of existing systems.
