As an experienced Order-to-Delivery Officer at BASF, I ensure that orders from both EU and non-EU customers are processed smoothly and on time. In my role as a link between customers and service providers, I ensure a seamless end-to-end connection and make sure that our supply chain works efficiently and reliably, regardless of regional requirements. I also ensure that all materials are available on time and in the desired quality. My previous experience at DHL during my studies gave me valuable insights into the logistics industry and supply chain management. There I was able to further develop my skills in operational efficiency, problem solving and customer service. These experiences have prepared me to master complex challenges in the order-to-delivery process and drive continuous improvements. Through my hands-on and analytical way of working, I help BASF maintain and even exceed its high standards in the supply chain. I always strive to find innovative solutions to improve our processes and maximize customer satisfaction. My international customer portfolio challenges and promotes my intercultural skills, which enables me to offer convincing service quality across regions.
