I am a Business Strategy & Growth Leader with over 10 years of experience transforming ideas into practical results in the medical and healthcare products sector. Throughout my career, I have led teams across retail, e-commerce (including marketplace operations), and project management, always focusing on creating value for customers and growing the business sustainably. I coordinated operations for 15 physical stores, leading store managers and sales teams to achieve ambitious targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience. At the same time, I launched and scaled an e-commerce platform and managed marketplace strategies, integrating online and offline channels. I also led digital transformation initiatives within stores, implementing new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. My work has always been driven by a strong focus on the customer. I have designed and implemented CRM programs to build loyalty and enhance relationships, developed strategies to increase average ticket value, mapped customer journeys, and analyzed purchasing behavior using business analytics tools like Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
