With over 15 years of experience in the Commercial Department, I have been involved in the entire Sales and Commercial Management process for multinationals such as Andritz Hydro, Wilo Brasil, and Xylem Brasil. In the last year, I transitioned to the area of Project Management dedicated to managing a new Services cell, created to meet the demands of the department’s growth. In this new role, I implemented a local inventory management system that enabled a reduction of 1/3 of the inventory turnover time, as well as a reduction of about 10% in parts costs through international logistics consolidation. I am skilled in creating tools for the automation of proposals and reports, resulting in a +60% efficiency increase in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, where better accuracy of information in management reports was achieved.
