About Marcela Marche

I've discovered at the Product Management carreer a great passion and, for many years, that's what I've been doing. My family doesn't understand what that means, some say I simply "manage apps", but I prefer the "I'm a problem solver" definition :) Throughout my career, I have collected experiences in the areas of Marketing, Product, Customer Experience and UX/UI Design. Having been Community Manager of a network of startups, I mentored several entrepreneurs to help them find the best path in their business. In the last year, I turned my gaze not to those who start companies, but to those who are in career transition or who want to grow in their positions and functions, and I have mentored people I admire a lot, from companies like Endeavor, FGV, RD Station, Voitto, Nubank, and many others. I actively participate in the product, design and technology community, which is huge but at the same time manages to be close and welcoming. I participate in everything I can, whether panels, lectures or consultancies, because I have a lot to share and I love to know more about the challenges of other people and companies. I've made it my goal for the last few years to understand everything about technology, even though not pursuing a developer career. Knowing about languages, frameworks, libraries, epics, roadmaps, releases, and all kinds of things that could help me connect and guide stakeholders about what is actually delivered, without friction and breaking expectations. Without treating technology as a commodity, but as the only possible way to be bigger and better. I have already participated in the implementation and taught on agile methodologies, and I have also taught workshops on some topics of Soft Skill (Non-Violent Communication, Feedback, GTD, etc), and product (PSM, Essential Research, Prototyping, MVP, Interview and Focus Group, Prioritization Matrix, etc). Some people in the market call it "leading", but I have a real passion for helping other people reach their full potential, getting to know themselves, working, and learning. Welcoming when needed and challenging when necessary, creates connections that go beyond positions and salaries. Directly or indirectly, I have participated in the careers of more than 50 people, and I am grateful for each of these opportunities.
