Liderei marcas globais e nacionais em empresas como L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Bacardi, Alpargatas e MadeiraMadeira, até assumir o desafio de transformar o mercado financeiro como CMO do Stark Bank, fintech B2B apoiada por Jeff Bezos. Em paralelo, fundei a MR Marketing & Branding, onde aplico minha metodologia autoral, criada para ajudar empresas a transformar cultura em marca forte e marca em resultado. Atuo também como mentora, conselheira e investidora-anjo, apoiando líderes e negócios que buscam crescer de forma sustentável e diferenciada.
