I am known for my caring and dedicated approach, bringing a hardworking attitude to every task. Fully fluent in both English and Spanish, my expertise lies in managing challenging situations with professionalism and fostering supportive teamwork dynamics. In my current role as a Bartender and Shift Leader at a busy sports bar, I have trained over 10 team members and excel at creating a welcoming and positive environment for all patrons. My previous experience as a Patient Access Representative at Dell Children’s Emergency Room and as a Behavioral & Mental Health Associate at San Marcos Treatment Center has strengthened my ability to handle patient information sensitively, explain policies clearly, and support emotional well-being effectively. Through an internship at Crockett Elementary with Communities in Schools, I honed my skills in collaborating with students, identifying their strengths, and facilitating group activities that foster peer support.
