With over 20 years of experience in this space, I have successfully optimized and streamlined the internal workflow for copy writers, editors, artists, and marketers to deliver high impact creative assets across all media platforms. I have also been responsible for managing a $24 Million Dollar departmental budget to support strategic business goals while still delivering award winning campaigns. Additionally, I have spearheaded and established successful Operations teams who have been responsible for the delivery, clearance and budget of over 20 thousand campaign assets annually. I excel at building partnerships, creating solutions to complex challenges and being the voice of reason. My bilingual skills and ability to translate enable me to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
