I’m a enthusiastic about complex business problems and finding their solutions. I'm passionate about connecting people and technology in a easy, useful and empowering way. I'm a true believer of the "It's not the user's fault" mantra. My goal is to improve the relationship between technologies and people. And, my challenge is delivery actionable insights for the company make this possible. My passion about UX Research started while working with research in Fraunhofer, the largest Europe's application-oriented research organization. In the present, I’m supporting B2W Digital, the largest Latin-American e-commerce company to design user-centered solutions for its products.
