I am an energetic and hardworking professional with extensive experience in Information Technology, Customer Service, Team Support, Sales and Networking. I enjoy working with technology to find solutions for customer/client problems and helping them with solutions to their needs. As a strong leader with several years of experience, my passion is empowering employees and creating a sense of ownership in my teams while always keeping the customer/client success as my top priority. God has gifted me with a spirit of curiosity and the capacity to learn quickly. I enjoy jobs that require a diverse skill set as the situations differ day to day. Technology Support Technician that participates in a variety of elevated supportive functions for all College-owned computers, laptops, peripherals and software for student, faculty, and staff end-users in computing spaces, classrooms and libraries, and supports onboarding workers for network and telecommunications. I participate in installation, upgrades, and maintenance of all end-user computer equipment (including lab and classroom instruction computers and audio-visual equipment) and software, ensuring all end-user files are properly backed up and all application software is reinstalled and functioning properly. I have excellent problem-solving skills, including researching for technical inquiries, and providing solutions; I always have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
