As a technical sales and HR manager at CMK America Corporation, a leading manufacturer of printed circuit boards, I have over five years of experience in managing existing customer accounts, quoting new projects, negotiating price changes, and handling inquiries from potential customers. I have also contributed to high supplier ratings for responsiveness and effective customer service. In addition to my sales responsibilities, I also coordinate with overseas plants and sales offices, handle customer requests and claims, and gather information through customer visits and industry conferences. I am also in charge of the HR functions of the company, such as training, data entry, and payroll. I have a strong passion for learning and improving my skills, and I have achieved the highest level of proficiency in the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), which enables me to communicate effectively with our customers and partners in Japan, one of our key markets.
