About Marcella Baric

Currently I have completed the Interior Decorating Certificate program at George Brown College and work for LJM Developments Inc at head office in Burlington, focused on our Appleby Gardens Project from a sales and marketing capacity. Along with that I am a certified home stager. Although my prior experience revolved on the corporate side of things, my creative side has really had the opportunity flourished while completing three condo home redesign projects in 2015. Design and development has always been a passion of mine. With over 7 years experience in communications, event planning and program management activities I have flourished as a creative event/program and marketing management professional. My exceptional experience relates to client focus, creation of strong brand awareness, public speaking and of course highlighting the importance of the aesthetics in a home. My previous roles working under the Human Resources and Program Manager umbrella equates to my process and partnership driven side. My involvement in community outreach is something I feel strongly about. Giving back and public speaking is something I take part in regularly. I have also always had a strong passion for event planning as well as charity involvement. I have worked on numerous events and learned a thing or two about planning a successful soirée. Along with all my passions, my on camera experience; host personality, commercial roles and model - really allow for that fun element that adds to my day.
