I am the Founder and Principal of IMMERSA Law a visionary NewLaw firm committed to breathing new life into the culture of the legal industry and profession. We have buried the timesheet and everything that goes along with one dimensional commoditized hourly billing and replaced it with IMMERSA’s Agreed Fixed Pricing model. IMMERSA is a firm of the future operating with a futuristic ideal in which its lawyers don’t sell inputs of time but rather sell the transfer of intellectual capital to achieve results and solutions. We focus on results and value outcomes rather than inputs, hours and costs. IMMERSA provides on-demand in-house legal counsel on an in-sourced and outsourced basis to enterprises with and without in-house counsel on an agreed fixed price basis. Whether it’s fractional, supplementing in-house counsel, supplanting outside counsel, simply project-based work, we adapt and scale our services to meet our clients' needs. Prior to IMMERSA Law, I worked as Corporate Counsel at Colliers International where I was responsible for all aspects of lease negotiation for regional and national portfolios of managed office, industrial and retail properties consisting of over 10 million square feet. I have expertise in managing commercial lease transactions for portfolios of all property types including office, industrial and retail, representing landlords, asset managers and tenants. My practice focuses on asset and property management and commercial leasing and includes the drafting, negotiation and interpretation of commercial lease agreements and property management agreements. I have full appreciation of the business realities associated with the timely completion of lease documentation and the need to have timely access to legal expertise. I am steadfast in my commitment to delivering solutions and peace of mind, creating transformations and building authentic relationships based on trust and confidence.
