About Marcella Cox

I am the type of individual who loves a challenge. I am the Team Leader for a Cycling and Running Group, and in the last 10 years I have completed the London to Brighton Bike Ride several times (and yes I conquered Ditchling Beacon), the Prudential 100 bike ride, several half marathons and several 10K runs. In 2018 I took on the challenge of Peddle Paddle Peak which included climbing the stunning Mount Helvellyn in the Lake District - awesome! I have over 25 years experience working in the Legal Services Sector where I have worked at both partnership and management level. Currently, I head up the Commercial Litigation Department at Vyman Solicitors in West London. Prior to taking up this position I worked as an In-House Solicitor for a transportation company whereby in addition to Litigation I was also involved in the legal aspects of tendering for local authority contracts. As part of this process I dealt with TUPE transfers into and out of the organisation which led to me dealing with relevant employee issues. I also have solid litigation experience in bankruptcy and insolvency, contractual and property disputes and contentious probate.
