I focus my professional energy on deep dive business needs in order to propose and apply the solution best suiting the final customer experience. The current position in process management within the consumer & small business unit makes my experience complete, allowing me to have an exhaustive and privileged vision that starts from working alongside the telco operations, defining the processes and modeling the data to their governance, to get to the engineering of the operational and analytical systems. That’s taking a walk in the other's shoes! I got wide and precious experience in Demand & Project Management – Business Intelligence is my addiction - thanks to my placement in leading multinational consulting companies, as Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Accenture. This allowed me to work in synergy with Star Ups, such as BT, and access to technological innovations in preview, dictating the new roadmap in terms of application solutions in different industries. Left the consulting I got to spend my skills at Fastweb, a company that successfully operates in the highly competitive market of Telecommunications. My first role was as Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse Manager, while now my mainly accountability is to manage strategic and challenging initiatives involving capex for mln of euros, addressed to the Enterprise market segment or Consumer as well, bringing innovation into action. Complete my profile an international experience that enriched me both from the point of view of heterogeneous and multicultural workgroups management, both with the horizon of a global market place.
