About Marcella Lazarus

I strive to have a positive social impact by helping people and organisations grow through leadership, guiding, coaching and troubleshooting using my lived experience as a carer of people with disabilities and executive level HR and organizational development experience in the government, for purpose, social enterprise, healthcare and member association sectors. I have board experience and am governance and ethically focused with AICD accreditation, highly collaborative and experienced at chairing Boards and Committees. I have a passion for community involvement in the social enterprise and for-purpose sectors, including partnering with people from diverse backgrounds. I devote a significant amount of my time to pro bono work in the social enterprise sector as I believe that is the best way to make a positive social impact. As Executive Coach and Consultant I partner with organisations to design their future, applying cutting-edge thought leadership models and creative solutions to establish or refresh organisational structures, culture, systems, mission and values.
