I am a member of the Internationale Guilde des Fromagers - New World Order, and an American Cheese Society's Certified Cheese Professional. I am National Ambassador for Kelly's Jelly, a 2016 Good Food winner. June 2016 I was a judge at the Cheesemonger Invitational in NYC. January 2018, I wrote the questions for the Cheesemonger Invitational written exam. From June 2011 to August 2014, I trained cheese associates and oversaw the opening and merchandising of 50+ Murray's Cheese Shops for Kroger throughout the Kroger Enterprise. I was the "Cheese Technical Adviser" for Avery Aames and her "Cheese Shop Mysteries" novel series. 2008 - 2011 I was a Cheesemonger at Fred Meyer's Flagship Store on Hawthorne in Portland, Oregon.
