I specialize in customer onboarding, implementations, and data migrations, with a focus on delivering seamless client experiences and scalable solutions. At Carta, I was a founding member of the Rio implementations team, contributing to its growth from 4 to 30+ members. I led the development of SOPs, built workflows from scratch, and played an active role in hiring and mentoring. My efforts supported operational scaling and significantly improved onboarding efficiency across regions.
