About Marcelle Micallef

My career. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work in several exceptional organizations across private, tertiary, and not-for-profit sectors. As a young professional, I had the privilege of reporting to some of the finest senior HR leaders in New Zealand. Their guidance shaped my leadership style and developed my skillset in numerous areas including health & safety leadership, coaching, counselling, change management, learning & organisational development and employment relations. What success means to me. It means utilising my self-determination, to achieve the HR strategy and objectives for an organisation. Throughout my career, I have continuously partnered with businesses to complete organisational restructure changes, promote leadership competencies, and closely review and monitor succession planning in relation to current and future talent. Pragmatic and proud of it. I consider myself to be a confident senior HR contributor and enjoy building trusted and respected relationships across the management team. No two days are ever the same, which is why I'm passionate about the HR journey I'm making.
