As an engineer for control and regulation technology, I have decades of experience in the field of manufacturing processes. As a specialist engineer for Control and regulation technology, I was able to gain a good range of experience in the field of machining manufacturing processes in the course of my career development. My activities have enabled me to specialize in particular in the use of CNC processing machines in various areas ranging from tool and mould making, general mechanic and power generation components, model making, styling and prototyping to product development, as series production of metallic components. In the applications and machining tasks that I have accompanied and solved in the aerospace sector, I have mainly dealt with manufacturing concepts for machining large structural components made of aluminium and its alloys or special titanium components, but also with small and large CFRP/GRP components and components made of other fibre composites. Also, in the development of various laser applications (hardening, welding, engraving, ablation, micro-boring), I was able to implement some very interesting projects and gain useful application experience. Last but not least, I was able to contribute my knowledge and implementation suggestions to the development of the hammering process of accurapuls GmbH and the corresponding own CAM solution.
