I am a Program Manager with a strong focus on leading software development and Quality Engineering (QE) initiatives, bringing over 16 years of experience in the IT industry. My current role involves managing development teams, overseeing end-to-end project execution, and integrating cutting-edge solutions, including artificial intelligence, into testing and development processes. Since December 2021, I transitioned into leadership roles that expanded beyond testing. From serving as a Test Manager in 2022–2023, where I led QE teams and redefined testing strategies, I progressed to my current position as Program Manager in mid-2024. Today, I oversee multiple teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between developers and quality engineers to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives. My focus has shifted from solely testing to driving development excellence while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality and performance. Earlier in my career, I honed my expertise in software testing, test automation, and process optimization. As an Onsite Coordinator for high-profile clients like Best Buy, AC Nielsen, Target, and Comcast, I improved team communication, streamlined processes, and ensured timely delivery of projects. I also collaborated closely with clients, developers, and stakeholders to perform root cause analyses, provide UAT support, and generate actionable insights through data-driven reports. With experience in automation tools like Selenium WebDriver and TestNG, I have contributed to building robust testing frameworks. My technical knowledge spans Project Management (PMBOK), ITIL, Web Development, RIA Development, and Database Management. These skills, combined with my leadership experience, enable me to effectively manage cross-functional teams and deliver solutions that meet both technical and strategic goals.
