In February 2007, I took over the management of a manufacturing techinical support team with the objective to increase the FPY (First Pass Yield - Productivity ), because manufacturing were missing their delivery goals. We increased de FPY from 85% to 90% six months later. As a result I was promoted to the E07 level ( Senior Supervisor-December 2007).Technical support team management. Customer needs follow-up. Project development using Digital Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC). Knowledge in telecomunications technology (TDMA/GSM/CDMA), where I directly performed at the analyzer and repair area with debugs of failures and root-cause analysis. Experience of teams` sizing methods. Performance tracking through results indicators. Coaching and leading techiniques focusing each co-worker.Experiences abroadFlensburg(Germany), in 2002. I was trained in analysis and repair of new products (Sapphire - GSM). The experience was amazing and offered me the opportunity to know new cultures.Guadalajara and Reynosa(Mexico), in 2008. The aim was to implement in Brazil a new business (Symbol -Hand Scanners ).I did the benchmarking in Reynosa which is a reference in Lean Manufacturing.Shenzen ( China ), in 2008. I was trained to implement a new assembly line in Brazil (Athens -iDEN) Process mapping and techinical trainning.Especializações: Lean methods,Value Stream Map,Production Management,Quality Assurance,Cost savings in process manufacturing,DMAIC (Green Belt).
