About Marcelo Botelho

After developing a strong background on the GEMBA specially with process optimization activities I was able to develop deep knowledge in methodologies like Lean Manufacturing, TPM & Six Sigma working with continuous improvement tools to improve performance and reduce costs in Industry and subsequently extending the coverage to all areas of the company (Logistics, Planning, Finance, HR, Commercial). I've also been responsible to guide both PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and NPI (New Product Introduction) in a multinational beverage company in Brazil, then I joined the Recruitment Industry at Michael Page, where I began as a consultant and left as an Director, leading the Regional Office of Page Group's operation in Recife, covering the North and Northeast Regions of Brazil along with the recruitment of C-Level and Board roles for Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy and Family Business all over Brasil. After a 12 years tenure leading this operation and the expansion of the company I decided to cover a broader portfolio of HR solutions. Nowadays, I'm in charge of LHH's office in Recife, responsible for developing a strong market approach all over the Northeast and North regions of Brazil.
