Strong experience in the Finance area, covering the management of Controller processes, FP & A, Strategic Planning, Treasury, Accounts Payable and Receivable, with a career developed in national and multinational companies from the finance, health, wellness, telecommunications, technology, and services sectors. Expertise in the preparation of corporate budgets, managerial, financial reports, and financial projections, enabling and developing the best processes related to financial analysis and controllership. Responsible for the integration process of companies, through the consolidation and reporting of managerial information (variances vs. Budget and Forecast), creation of consolidated management reports, unification, and automation of reports. Implementation of the company's budget planning and control system (Hyperion), allowing agility in the preparation of projections and simulations of economic and financial results, focusing on different scenarios. Monitoring of the main corporate projects with the elaboration, implementation, management, reporting of strategic KPIs, and dashboards with analyses of sensitive data, to support the decision-making of the companies' executive board. I led a project that integrated artificial intelligence into the zero-based budgeting process. Beyond the conventional OBZ approach, the project utilized AI metrics to identify and bring visibility to Non-Quality-Costs. This multidimensional approach involved an analysis that encompassed various areas, spending groups, accounting accounts, suppliers, purchase orders, and other relevant aspects, integrating an analytical dimension.
