With over 20 years of IT experience, I am a seasoned expert in supply chain management, system implementation, business process engineering, and team leadership. I have successfully delivered multiple corporate IT projects using a customer-centric and agile approach. In my actual position, working with the Value Advisory team at SAP Brazil, my mission is to support companies in identifying and maximizing the value generated by their choices and implementations of digital solutions, processes, and products. I am part of team responsible for build value propositions and commercial strategies to support the software sales cycle. With a solid commitment to quality and clarity of information, I assist in the pursuit of practical and measurable results, as well as continuous improvement of organizational performance. My focus is on delivering and realizing value that enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and journeys, providing companies not only with the most appropriate technology but also the strategic alignment necessary to achieve their objectives in a sustainable, clear, and competitive process.
