I am a professional with 15 years+ experience in multinational enterprises prim. focused on managing multi-country projects. In the past 5 years I am performing a leadership role highly engaged on people development promoting an inclusive environment as key enablers to build a high-performance team. My main experiences were / are focused on managing project costs & resource, increasing competitiveness and delivering flawless results. Nowadays I lead a project from conception phases until launch to the customers. I have knowledge & experience on analyzing development & test data, optimizing activities outsourcing when applicable thus delivering resources efficiency & developing teams. The opportunity of being on a multinational enterprise has expanded my project management skills by leading & driving multi-cultural & -country teams. I am fluent in English & German with in-loco experience in countries such as US, Germany, Argentina, India & Australia.
