About Marcelo Marcondes

I’ve working in the education area for the last 5 years. During these 5 years I’ve worked for Logan City Schools District and Framingham Public School. Always working with bilingual elementary students. Before switching over to educational area I used to work in my area due to my degrees and I was responsible for cost optimization of existing products; analyzing the input coefficients and, when necessary, leading the creation and performance of tests, according to the Action Plan, established with the areas involved: Engineering, Quality, Commercial aiming the Lean Concept. I had an opportunity to work as a coordinator in a Project Implementation and Operational Procedures with a focus on training new employees to consolidate new commercial, operational, and cultural strategies.
