I’m a purpose-driven leader passionate about creating spaces where people and communities thrive. With a background in Anthropology and over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship and public service, I bring a unique approach to leadership, community engagement, and organizational culture. As a City Councilor and the owner of Zest Garden Cafe—the only Certified Green restaurant in Lincoln City, Oregon—I’m dedicated to sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation. At Zest, we serve all diets, cook from whole ingredients, and strive for a zero-waste, environmentally conscious operation that embodies my values of responsible living and sustainability. I love working with people who share these values and am always looking for ways to make a positive impact. Currently, I’m expanding my vision with Happy Organically, a platform focused on wellness, resilience, and living in harmony with nature’s rhythms. This project is the culmination of years spent learning, growing, and supporting others. It’s my mission to provide tools, education, and inspiration for individuals and organizations seeking authentic, sustainable growth. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep commitment to community, I’m here to support projects, ideas, and initiatives that empower individuals, promote resilience, and foster meaningful connections.
