A few years ago, my desk told the real story of my life. Two computers, side by side. On the left: my corporate-America laptop—budgets, strategy decks, meetings. On the right: my MacBook—grant applications, volunteer projects, and after hours work for dogs and cats who needed help.Every day, I split myself in two: corporate professional by day, animal-welfare volunteer by night. I did that for almost a decade—building leadership skills on one screen and learning the end to end processes to support animal rescue on the other.Eventually, the message became impossible to ignore: this isn’t a hobby—this is the work I’m meant to do. So I made the jump. Today it's one computer. One focus. 100% of my time invested in helping animals and humans.That dual-track experience is now my superpower. I understand business strategy and operations, and I bring the compassion, urgency, and creativity that animal welfare work demands. I know how to turn passion into programs, and programs into outcomes. Hold an MBA from Bentley University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University, combining business strategy with mission-driven leadership. Formerly a senior leader in technology customer operations. I’ve led large-scale, global, customer-facing teams to transform contact centers and service organizations- improving P&L performance, accelerating service delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction, and building high-retention, engaged teams.
