Hello there! I am currently working as an AR Specialist at Hansei Solutions, a company dedicated to providing revenue cycle services for rehabilitation and mental health facilities in the U.S. I’m also pursuing a degree in medicine at Facultad de Medicina (UdelaR). With over seven years of experience across healthcare, administration, and customer service roles, I bring a solid foundation in medical billing, insurance denials, and patient financial services. Previously, I worked at Tradehelm S.A until May 2025, where I was a Work Queue (WQ) Lead. I led a team handling technical denials from U.S. insurance payers, conducted training sessions on RCM workflows, and supported process optimization for hospital clients. Previously, I worked for six years at Tienda Inglesa as a cashier supervisor, where I developed strong customer service, POS knowledge, and team coordination skills. I also supported family businesses in logistics and agriculture, handling administrative tasks and client communication. I’m fluent in English and Spanish (C2 certified by the University of Michigan) and hold certifications in international business and PC operations.
